Wrap-Up: August 22, 2015 Trucks in the Outfield at Telus Field

It was bases loaded last Saturday for a What the Truck?! at yet another new venue – Telus Field!
//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js We had 12 trucks in attendance serving everything from Grilled Cheese to Filipino street food, and plenty of picnicking space to go around. We also received some great feedback from attendees that they loved being able to put down a picnic blanket as a home base, and divide and conquer the trucks without eating in line! //embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js

For The Hungry Dodo, Roots Patties, Spiced! Food Truck, and even our DJ_EK, it was their first What the Truck?! event.

A special thanks goes out to Macy at Telus Field (and of the Oilers Entertainment Group) who worked tirelessly with us to pull off such a great afternoon at the ball park. We also couldn’t have done it without volunteers helping to keep the field neat and tidy!
