Food Trucks in the City: April 2014

Food trucks have arrived back on the streets of Edmonton! What the Truck?! may still be a month or two away, but check the Street Food App for the truck nearest you!

  • Bully, Casa Doce, Drift and the Lemongrass Grill have all been out and about in the last week or so.
  • The next installment of Hawkers Market takes place on April 12, 2014 at the Mercer Warehouse. Hawkers Market has been postponed until June! A number of trucks will be vending: Bully, Drift, Orbit, Parts and Service and Sailin’ On.
  • Nevin Fenske of Drift Food Truck will be reprising his popular Whole Chicken workshop at this year’s Eat Alberta food conference – learn how to butcher and use a whole chicken. The class is among fourteen different sessions involving those involved in our food community. Eat Alberta 2014 takes place on April 26, 2014 at NAIT.

And…stay tuned for our first What the Truck?! announcement later this month!
